Born in 1986 in Toulouse (aka "the pink city"), young Cécile settled in Cannes when she was 9 with her parents, restaurant owners.

...Thanks to her DJ brother, she was immerged very soon into the music business and Cannes nights. She has a passion for singing and dancing, and does pretty well in it.

As a young girl, she started going to the most famous clubs of the French Riviera.

One night, in her brother's club, Cécile found herself at the turntables to replace another DJ. Her taste for music and night life worked wonders. Galvanized by the enthousiasm and the positive reaction of her public, she decided to carry on as a DJ. This is the night when "Miss Cecyls" was born.
For a while, she became the DJ resident of her brother's club, "Le Privé", the first 'before' club in Cannes.

Her influences go from disco to electro and rock'n'roll, so that she appeals to a very large public. She likes to share the feelings that house music gives her with her public, and to make them discover sounds from her own production in a dynamic and festive atmosphere. She was able to play with Dim Chris, Da Fresh, Digitale Mode and Greg Cerrone.
Between the discovery of new sounds and the preparation of her parties, Miss Cecyls has to juggle with a tight schedule as she also is a student.

She is used to mixing in 'before' clubs, nightclubs and on beaches of the French Riviera, but also in Marrakech and Geneva.

En 2007 elle apparaîtra comme tentatrice dans l'île de la Tentation sur TF1.

En 2009 Deejay Maeva Carter prend son envol lors de sa rencontre avec Deejay Kash, qui la prendra sous son aile pour la former. Depuis elle ne jure que par cette discipline le Dijiing !!


...Elle sera influencée et inspirée par les plus grands : Deejay D-bass , Dj Kash ,Dj Krim, Dj Snake ainsi que Jc Magnetic Chuckie et Steve Aoki.

Des ses premières dates, Maeva tapera dans l'oeil de la grande marque du matériel et accéssoires du dijiing Skullcandy et Fidelity qui s'empressera de la sponsoriser!! Elle deviendra la seule Djette Française à être sponsorisée par Skullcandy et Fidelity.



La Jeune Djette est repérée par Antoine Clamaran qui l'invite à tourner dans son clip "When the sun goes down"qui sera diffusé sur toutes les chaînes musiquales.



Ses formes fines et sexy seront aussi observées lors de son passage chez Cauet et dans plusieurs Clips et Magazines (Entrevue, FHM ....).






C’est alors qu’en 2010 , Maeva Carter se fait connaître et enchaine les dates dans toute la France et L’Europe(Genéve,La Réunion etc…) ainsi que le plus grand festival de la Réunion « le Stars on the Floor ».

Après sa tournée fracassante à l'île de la Réunion, Maeva Carter a était repérée par le disquaire le plus réputé de Paris et Lille " Urban Music " ce qui lui a permis de sortir sa première mixtape "The Place to be " en collaboration avec Patrick Clarck qui sera mis en vente chez le disquaire Urban Music .


En 2011 Maeva Carter s’attaque à l’international en s'annonçant comme la Djette du moment ,de part sa notoriété

Cologne based David Puentez rocked Germany's Club Charts with his first single "Vive la Vida" and hit number 8. With the incredible support of... worldwide acclaimed DJs such... as Chuckie, David Vendetta & Roger Sanchez, his second single "Free 4 Love" also became part of international house music scene and also became part of the Pacha Summer compilation 2009. Furthermore, DJ legend Roger Sanchez turned the Vincent Vega Don't Stop (Hanna Hansen & David Puentez Rockatiki) Remix into his release yourself radio show spotlight. The rest is history: together with Hanna Hansen who is a hardworking DJane herself, David's remix of the club hit "Show me Love" wowed the party proven Pacha crowd and completed the Pacha Classic 2009 compilation with its groovy sound. But 2009 had much more to offer: the Fashion Industry also opened their doors for David's music and engaged him for Germany's first Fashion TV White Party, the place to be for fashion victims and trend setters which is organized by the only 24/7 international TV network exclusively dedicated to fashion, beauty, glamour and style.
